Requirement

Carrefour UAE, is a multi-layered organization with their malls spread across middle east countries. Communication between organization hierarchy was an enormous effort as most of them do not use mail. Using third party services was a huge security risk to them.

THE OUTCOME

A memorable experience for their employees

We created an application designed exclusively for hypermarket chain by providing a platform for Internal Communication such as broadcasts, sharing videos/ ideas and other information. We also added exchanging text messages, photos and videos among the employees. A feature was enabled wherein it serves as a platform for employee feedback collection, taking surveys and other useful information regarding the vacancies and employee benefits. We also enabled a happiness meter which tracks the mood of the employees on a daily basis.

Admin Dashboard - Providing End to End Solutions across platforms

The dashboard has seamless experience of approval mechanism through customized HR dashboards with enable rights all the features. Admin panel of Application can push broadcasts, update news, surveys and also documents regarding vacancies and benefits. It can also view and filter the comments and ideas from the employees and decide whether to approve them or not based on the list of abusive words. Other notable features are graphs for app usage - district and platform wise, happiness meter, report generation for surveys, news reach etc.
